Context
Wrestling’s two biggest stars in the attitude era face each other for the title at one of the best Wrestlemania’s ever. The WWF Champion The Rock vs Stone Cold Steve Austin in Houston Texas. A huge main event with a controversial ending that has to be seen. There were over 67000 people in attendance to see the rematch from Wrestlemania 15 two years earlier and the main event did not disappoint.
A really good in ring match between two mega stars that descends into chaos. Maybe the beginning of the end for the attitude era. A top main event to end a top show. Even if you don’t agree with the finish.
